Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP). This website deliberately uses no advertising trackers: no marketing cookies, no tracking pixels, no sharing of data for advertising purposes.

We process the data you provide (name, company, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. Transmission uses Resend; business correspondence is retained where legally required, while unanswered or non-converted leads are deleted after 12 months.

Your six answers and an optional workflow name are initially kept only in your browser's session storage, so you can go back or reload the page. PDF downloads are created on your device. Only when you actively request the action plan by email do we send your email address, answers, optional name and company, language and source category to our website backend. The request is stored in a protected lead register with its creation time, result version, send status and recorded contact preference. Resend sends the action plan and PDF to you; Arthova receives an internal blind copy to handle the request.

Without your separate voluntary choice, there is no further contact about this result, advertising or newsletter. If you select the contact option, Arthova may contact you once about this specific result. You can choose to include the action plan as editable text in the contact form; it is sent to Arthova only when you submit that enquiry. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. You can request access, correction or deletion via hello@arthova.ch.

For appointments, an external Google booking link takes you to Google Workspace/Google Calendar. Data entered there is processed under Google's privacy policy.

Contact takes place exclusively by email via hello@arthova.ch.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and events such as check starts, reached steps, results, PDF downloads and requested delivery, without names, email addresses or answer content in event values. Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against abuse. Resend transmits form and action-plan emails; requests are handled in the Google Workspace mailbox and requested action plans are also kept in the protected lead register at Supabase. The selected database region is Zurich, Switzerland. Unanswered enquiries and leads that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Business-relevant correspondence remains stored in accordance with statutory retention duties. Google Calendar is used for appointment bookings.

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details listed in the Legal Notice.
